For Orders Shipped from China

For orders under 100 units:

We recommend our DDP Air Shipping service.

Goods will be bulk-shipped to our freight forwarder’s warehouses in various countries via our exclusive carrier.

The local agent will handle customs clearance and pay import taxes (included in the shipping cost).

Upon arrival, reliable local carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS, JMT) will handle the final delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Asia: 7–20 days
Europe: 12–20 days
Oceania: 10–20 days
North America: 10–20 days
South America: 15–45 days

Total transit time is 10-20 days: 7-12 days to the local warehouse and 2-5 days for final delivery.

Most deliveries require a photo or signature upon receipt.

For orders over 500 units:

We can ship via multiple batches or DHL/UPS/FedEx Express or Sea shipment

If we use DHL/UPS/FedEx I nternational Express ,the buyer acts as the importer and is responsible for paying import taxes upon the package’s arrival.

For orders that can be fulfilled from our Germany local warehouse (note: stock and model availability are limited compared to China warehouse):

We ship via DHL or UPS domestically and within the EU.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Germany: Next‑day delivery (typically 1 business day)
Other EU countries: 2–5 business days

Final delivery is handled by DHL or UPS. Most shipments require a photo or signature upon receipt.
Important: Our Germany warehouse carries limited inventory and models. If your desired item is not available locally, we will recommend shipping from China instead.
